The place was low-budget and exceptionally clean, it had perfect staff and location. The extra touches like scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast, I loved it.

Staff and cleanliness were fantastic, we loved that everything was lovely. It was a brand-new hotel in a pretty nice area, right by Cardiff Centre, mermaid quay, the bay. Also, it was walking distance to Spillers & Bakers.

Very fancy hotel, my first choice in Cardiff. Optimal location, super staff, plenty of food for the American breakfast. I had well airconditioned and functional room with USB chargers and pillowcases. A good beach, unforgettable view.

I liked the charming location and the staff was attractive. Terrific rooms, a luxury bathroom. Buffet breakfast food was good. Near the sandy beach.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The room was bright, we would recomand it. The staff was obliging and the location was picturesque - altogether a really comfortable experience. The American breakfast was abundant, staff offered cereal, breads, bakery, fresh fruit and boiled eggs. Reception had a bar.

good bed and enjoyed satisfying breakfast. there is viva brazil located in 20 minutes' walk, where you can eat. in addition, the parking was on-site. it was a 3-star hotel in every way.
Shame the bathroom was dirty.
